Since everyone is posting about there nudist clubs or beaches. I thought, I would post something about my local club. Http://www.gleneden.com It is conveniently located to all kinds of attractions, if that is what you are interested in doing, while you're in California.
Glen Eden was established in 1963, it is on 200 acres of land up against Cleveland National Forest. We even have the only West Coast AANR Library. Glen Eden always has something going on. Please check out there website and check out all the events that are scheduled. Perhaps, you will find something to your liking.
If you check out our website, you will notice there is a coupon for a FREE DAY at G.E. Of course, you are expected to take a tour of the grounds first. If your a single male, then you will be interviewed first, and a background check will be taken. If you have no problem with those requirements, then please do check out our wonderful club.

Some people don't like being labeled.
Just like a person who periodically works in their garden might not want to be labeled a "gardener", the words "Clothes Free" doesn't label the person as does the word "nudist" or ?naturist?. "Clothes Free" is catching on as the new friendly replacement to "nudist". Many resorts are now calling themselves clothes free resorts instead of nudist resorts. The words "Clothes Free" points at the clothes that are gone, instead of pointing at, or labeling the person.
I think, that is a great idea.. It has a more positive sound to it, then saying that I'm a nudist/naturist. From now on, that is exactly how we are going to address ourselves. We are into the "ClothesFree" lifestyle. Much better.. What do you think of addressing ourselves in that manner?

Since N.S.is FREE and that information is allowed to be posted here with URL's. Here is something we can all use to protect ourselves. Especially more so for our children and for all women out there. Nice to know that this is available.
Better to becareful, then to go blindly into a relationship or developing a friendship with someone to find out they are on Family Watchdog.

Why?
Being nude is fun, healthy, and good for the soul. It promotes body acceptance and awareness, age acceptance, freedom, self-esteem, self-confidence, and celebrates one of God?s greatest creations. Naturally, nudity keeps the body from the restrictions of clothing, which shift and compress our bodies, and exposes the body to the air and sun, which has numerous health benefits. The more aware we are of our bodies, the more likely we are to keep a healthy and active lifestyle. But we will also be less judgmental of others who don?t have the stereotypical and hyped ?perfect? body.
Being nude will help a society built around shame that the naked body does not equate to the sexual body. While people are nude in sexual situations, the mere presence of the nude body does not presume a sexual situation. The two can be as mutually exclusive as an apple and an orange. The naturist movement intends to enforce this value and show that the nude human body does not exist solely for sex or bathing, and that wholesomeness can walk hand in hand with nudity.

1. Vacationing nudists are just a bunch of perverts. Hardly... In fact, nudists are everyday people, and there are more of them out there than you think.
2. Clothing-optional resorts are seedy. Nope..... We're talking about mainstream, professionally run properties offering a wide range of wholesome activities.
3. You have to take your clothes off at a nudist resort... Not necessarily. There's a difference between a clothing-optional club and a clothes-free resort. Clothing-optional means that you can keep your clothes on if you want to... The idea being that it sometimes takes a little time to adjust to nudity. However, a clothes-free club means a mandatory strip-down.
4. Nudists are mostly senior citizens who are off their rockers....Well, then, I am glad I am ...LOL Let's be off our rocker together.. ;-) Actually, most clothing-optional and nudist resorts are extremely family-friendly.
5. Nudists are exhibitionists who want to seduce you... Trust me, for most people, the odds of getting a date are greatly improved if they keep their clothes on. And seriously, how long do you think anyone with criminal intentions would last at a nudist resort? Not long at all.. Trust me, you would be escorted out very quickly. So don't even go there..
But do give it a try, because once you do experience it, you will understand why we all enjoy it.

Let her/him know, that nudist resorts are family oriented. That there are few, rock hard bodies there, or even a size 2 actress shaped females. The ages varies, at different locations. But on my observation..the age group is mostly over 40. On rare occasions there are children under 15. Check out AANR on the internet, as they offer a helpful brochure, "From A Woman's Perspective", which will address many, if not all, of the womans concerns. Men have concerns to.. but women seem to be more reluctant to show off their bodies for all to see. Just be patient with your partner.. hope they will come around.

Infact with computer accessibility, our children are coming up against preditors.That pose as young people, and entice our children into doing crude acts.. The best thing we can do is teach our children the confidence to speak up when people do things which make them uncomfortable... If they are not ashamed of their bodies, they are much more likely to tell their parents when someone does things to them that they don't like... Whether nude or clothed, children should know that being touched in certain ways is wrong... Although good parenting is by far the most important factor in raising children. Naturism helps to promote their confidence and understanding about their bodies. We can't stress this enough..when it comes to our children.. What are your thoughts about this? Thanks.. Leah

What is wrong with the above statement? It is copied from this website. Yet, there are a lot of profiles that show a negative image about this wonderful lifestyle. Something needs to be done to make it right.
I just wrote to webmasters of this website, about my concerns about them allowing minors to submit profiles with explicit photo's and allowing them to be posted. What's up with that??
It seems to me, that they don't mean what they have written, that I stated above. Maybe, I'm wrong about this ...but I really don't see that I am.
Of course, even if they do change the age limit to 18, it doesn't mean that minors still won't discontinue to access this website. However, we don't have to keep allowing sexually explicit pictures to be posted either.
Something needs to be done!! We all need to speak our concerns to the webmasters. By actually contacting them with a email.. Not just posting on here.. Because I doubt if anyone from corporate is really reading the comments anyways.
If we speak up as a GROUP.. then maybe they will hear us. I'm speaking up.. So who is next???
